Learn how to make these Nepal-style Bombay Laddoo!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Nepalese puffed rice (or any rice cereal)
1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons water
pad of butter
Instructions:
Pour sugar into a saucepan. Add water and boil together until thick and syrupy.
Pour syrup into puffed rice and mix throughly.
Rubbing ringers slightly in butter, shape cereal into balls. The grease helps the ball not stick to your hands. Enjoy!
